Test Drive

As interest in TESLA grows, people want to test drive our vehicles. Encouraging potential customers to get in the driver’s seat only increases sales. So I collaborated with designers and researchers to define the new flow, and designed the future version of our TESLA Design System to make a seamless booking experience.

Set Up a Test Drive

We create a new user-flow of a test drive and help us to improve our service to meet customers' demands and utilize data to benefit our business.We created a brand new user-flow for customers to reserve a test drive. This helped us to improve our service by meeting an increasing demand with helpful data and effortless UX.

Test Drive User Flow Iteration

We conducted user interviews and surveys using paper prototyping. We discovered that the order of scheduling a test drive or filling in the form doesn’t have an impact on the customers. Therefore, we decided to go for the second flow to collect key data in case they don’t follow through with the booking. Having the data allows us to follow up with customers. Likewise, TESLA test drive locations are sparse, so collecting the information helps us direct them to the nearest location.
