Tesla Service Plans
I worked with the design director to work on this project. Our goal is to have every new, existing, and potential customer purchase Tesla Care plans, along with providing the ability to view, edit, and modify their plans.
My role: I worked closely with my product manager and engineer to design this project.

Service plans designed to delight & provide peace of mind
Current customer problems:
No support for Model 3 Worldwide. Net new functionality.
Support exists for Model S/X globally but needs simplification.
Why Tesla Care?
Current service plan structure is confusing for customers.
Exiting plans take rate in the US is 40% lower compared to the market.
No plans for Model 3 owners.
Increase revenue.
Business hypothesis:
~$74.4 million cash receipt and $1.0 million quarterly recurring revenue potential for existing Model 3 customers.
$43.8 million and $0.6 million quarterly recurring revenue on future Model 3 deliveries.

Service plans landing page help customers to find the perfect plans easily they are looking for based on their vehicle conditions and give them more peace of mind.
Easy to access
The Tesla Service Plan will have a very easy entry-point from the Tesla app and Vehicle profile page. These locations will give Tesla service plan enough exposure to guide customers to choose their plans quickly.
Personalized plan
Use button style to list out all the three service plans. This design has a clear visual hierarchy and uses the limited space for the mobile version.
Each plan with useful information
When customers select the plan, they can check detail information to make a quick decision.
